Recent studies have found that children laugh an average of 400 times a day, while adults laugh an average of only 15 times a day.

Some doctors believe that those 385 missing chuckles and giggles could help us lead healthier lives.

Doctors have found that laughter leads to relaxation, reduction of stress, and improves muscle tone and circulation. Twenty seconds of guffawing is the aerobic equivalent of five minutes of hard rowing. Laughter also increases sensory perceptives and allows you to perform tasks better.

We obviously have to take laughter a lot more seriously!

When we share joyous times and moments of good humor with our loved ones, we are doing things that are good for us in more ways than one.

Rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy. (I Peter I:8)

Put a smile on my lips, joy in my heart, soul aand mind, Holy Spirit.
