The data you will submit to us will be layouted and we will be sending you, preferably by email or fax, the first proof of the layouted data. You are to proofread this (first proof) and then make the necessary changes and corrections. You are to email, fax, or mail the corrected first proof to us together with the indicated corrections and changes. As we receive them we will input the necessary corrections coming from your proofreading. And then we will send you a second proof which is already a corrected version of the first proof. You are again to proofread the second proof to ensure that all the corrections have been taken into account.

If you want an electronic file of your previous data (2004-2005 Catholic Directory) email us your request at catholicdirectory@claret.org or catholicdirectory@yahoo.com and we will email the file to you.

Should you fail to submit your updated data on or before 15 March 2006, we will be using your previous existing data from the 2004-2005 Catholic Directory.
